Home has a way of reminding us why we started. For me, returning to Lebanon means revisiting familiar streets, favourite bakeries, family tables and the flavours that first sparked a love of cooking.

Before we look ahead, we wanted to spend a moment looking back.
Over the years, Maison Libanaise has been home to celebrations, reunions, first dates, family meals and countless plates of hummus shared around the table.
As we prepare for our next chapter, we have been revisiting some of the moments that brought us here.

Over the coming months, Chef Teya and the team will be travelling through Lebanon and the region, spending time in markets, bakeries, restaurants and family homes, reconnecting with the flavours, traditions and hospitality that have always inspired Maison Libanaise.

At the same time, work continues on Shelley Street as we prepare the restaurant for its next chapter.

Here is a glimpse of what lies ahead and we look forward to bringing you along for the journey.
