很榮幸受HSBC Private Banking邀請擔任Next Generation programme演講嘉賓，除了分享我創業經歷，同時為在場十多位尊貴客戶的下一代示範三道菜式，希望你哋鍾意又食得開心🤤

煮食分享都是手到拿來，演講才是我最緊張又期待的部份😉😉雖然曾先後跟不同Private Bank和品牌合作擔任演講嘉賓，但每次都嚴陣以待，尤其關於教育下一代，很想很想用個人閱歷經驗給大家一點啟發／忠告／鼓勵，令你們往後的人生路易行一點。

花了很多時間想演詞，最後想到要令在場年輕人感到吸引，不如分享十多歲的Esther Sham究竟是怎樣的人吧🤷🏻‍♀️如何反叛、跟家人關係有多壞、成績有多差、讀書有多懶、如何荒廢時間打麻雀、最後又如何因為好友突然逝世而發奮做人、隻身回港發展事業住銅鑼灣百幾呎單位、從一位模特兒轉型為專業廚師⋯⋯這種有血有肉的經歷才能打動人心（我都是有過去的人😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨）

再次感謝HSBC Private Banking的賞識，讓我有機會與一眾年輕人分享人生經驗（同年輕人傾完偈自己都年輕埋 well✨✨），也感謝當日參與的年輕人十分俾面好乖好留心聽auntie滔滔不絕的分享（爭啲overrun比人圈😅😅），希望第日AJ AT AP三隻馬嬲都有你哋咁乖。
