The Cuisine at Lido has a strong Italian Influence and a tradition of dishes based on wheat products (such as bread and pasta), vegetables, cheese, fish, and meat, usually prepared in such a manner as to preserve their ingredients' natural qualities, appearance, and taste by Jean Paul Gauci. Our menu incorporates casual seasonal produce with vegetarian and gluten free options One-and-Only Cucina Italiana, Bistro Wine Bar at Deep Water Bay. Food is a simple thing and good ingredients which are well sourced create the best of flavors and textures. Meats are usually organic or are from farms that are known for Animal welfare and free range, happy animals do taste so much better, which is why we only buy from farmers using traditional methods and no chemical feeds. Vegetables and herbs are also from farms that do not use GM or non natural methods and quite often organic from our own gardens.
