Think Lobster & Scallop Ceviche, silky Wagyu Tartare with caviar, crispy Codfish Croquettes, pan-fried Crab Cake with Sriracha heat, M7 Australian Wagyu Sirloin with truffle mash, and Spanish Red Prawn in lush Thai Panang curry… all made to be shared, stolen, and savoured side by side.
