最後一個營運的晚上，就這樣靜靜地結束。兩年多的時間雖然不是太久，但依然有萬般不捨的心情⋯衷心感謝所有曾經光臨嘅客人，無論是讚賞、批評還是默默支持，短短的相遇也是一種緣份。也感激所有留守到最後或曾經一起工作的隊友，以及所有為這小店出一分力的人。
希望他朝一日能有緣再會，珍重。

今天本應是值得慶祝大家不需要強制戴口罩的日子。但我們懷着沉重的心情在這裏宣布MeatUp將於三月和大家正式告別😞😞，我們最後的營業日將定於3月26日。
雖然這是一個非常困難的決定，但我們對於疫情期間能夠營業及撐下去感到非常自豪。這兩三年對整個飲食業來說真的是非常困難，充滿無數的考驗。我們衷心感激在這段時間所有盡心盡力的員工以及支持我們的客人。❤️❤️
雖然這個故事暫時告一段落，但我們希望不久將來可以能夠以另一種方式再和大家見面。我們會繼續盡心盡力為大家服務餘下的日子。🙆🏻‍♂️🙆🏻‍♂️大家有緣再見☺️☺️

In a day where we are supposed to be celebrating the end of mandatory mask wearing, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of MeatUp after 3 wonderful years at the end of March. Our last day of service will be 26th of March 2023.

While this was a difficult decision, we are proud of what we have accomplished and the grit to operate though the toughest period for the F&B industry. We want to express our deepest gratitude to our incredible staff and loyal customers who have supported us and gave us numerous feedbacks to get through the difficult times. We couldn't have made it this far without you.

There may not be a next chapter yet but it is not the end of the story. We will continue to do our best to serve you and bring you a good experience for this last month.

第一個甜品係香茅菠蘿蛋糕配椰子雪糕🍰
先用新鮮菠蘿切粒加入香茅，慢煮成糖漿，再配上自家製嘅菠蘿蛋糕和手工製椰子味雪糕。口感非常鬆軟🤤

第二個甜品係雙重牛奶布甸🍓🍮
用鮮牛奶製成布甸，再用新鮮士多啤梨隔水煮成汁，搭配蜜桃味雪芭和牛油脆米餅乾。口感香滑，令人難以抵擋誘惑😋

第三個甜品係朱古力牛油酥餅🍫🍪
用榛子和香橙煮成朱古力醬，再將三款材料層疊而成。甜品十分精緻，味道香濃醇厚😍😍

MeatUp Desserts

Our Lemongrass Pineapple Cake uses lemon grass with fresh pinapples for the syrup and the cake, creating a tropical flavour that is further enhanced by the coconut ice cream on the side.

Our silky smooth double milk pudding is paired with strawberry compote, rice biscuit as well as peach sorbet to create an irrresistable dessert.

Finally, our chocolate sable is paired with hazelnut and chocolate to create layers of rich chocolate heaven!

第一杯係玫瑰鮮奶伯爵茶
先用維多利亞伯爵茶葉浸泡24小時，再配上玫瑰糖漿同鮮奶，最後加入柔滑奶泡同玫瑰花瓣🥰🥰呢杯飲品大人同小朋友都讚不絕口😍既有茶味亦有奶香味🤤🤤

第二杯係綠野仙蹤🌿
主要係用青檸,新鮮薄荷葉同青瓜為主，再配上冰凍嘅梳打水。飲完有種清新爽朗嘅感覺🤩

Introducing some of our non-alcoholic signature drinks:

The first one is Rose London Fog, a different kind of tea with milk using our slow brewed earl gray with Rose syrup and milk. A heavenly mix of milk froth and tea flavours!

The second one is Green Garden, which is a twis tof the traditional lime soda with fresh cucumber and mint leaves, adding extra layers of freshness and flavours to a thirst quenching drink.

今日想同大家介紹一下Meatup Signature Cocktails🍹

第一杯係Love Memories🌹🥃
入面有主要材料有波本威士忌，兩款甜酒及梳打水。最後配上玫瑰花瓣做裝飾🌹外表好似一杯輕盈甜身嘅香檳，但細心品嚐就會試到有唔同嘅口味變化～當中背後既創作靈感係咩？快啲黎問下我地既經理啦😉😉

圖二係Gin mule🌱
靈感來自經典嘅Moscow Mule，呢杯cocktail係用左一隻好特別既gin酒作為基酒，再配上青檸，薄荷葉同Tonic Water調製而成，味道清爽得黎仲有一股特別既香味🙈🥰想知係咩？😏就快啲嚟@Meatup 試吓啦❤️

*逢星期一至五,5pm-7:30pm係happy hour: 只要你叫一杯，第二杯就會半價，所有酒精類飲品都得㗎。😍😍🎉🤩*

Introduction to our MeatUp cocktails:

The first one is Love Memories, a receipe of bourbon whiskey and two other liqueuers, topped with soda water. A champagne looking drink that is light and sweet but gets more complex along the way. Don't hesitate to ask our manager for the inspiration behind this cocktail!

The second one is Gin Mule, which is inspired by the classic Moscow Mule. A special gin is used to give the extra aroma in addition to the bright and refreshing flavours. Don't hesitate to try it out and guess the secret gin!

In addition to the cocktails, we have a selection of wines and beers. Join us for happy hour on Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7:30pm, where you get 50% off your second alcoholic drink!"
