火腿 - 英文就是 Ham, 義大利文是 Prosciutto Cotto or Prosciutto Crudo，法文 Jambon，西班牙文是 Jamón，而我們中文就翻成火腿。大家最知道的當然就是金華火腿了。


這火腿是從哪來的勒，基本上從豬的屁股啊大腿啊切下來那一大隻就是火腿的原料啦！講究點的還有特定的豬隻做出特定的風味，金華火腿當初只選“兩頭烏“這豬種，而像是義大利帕瑪火腿 Parma Ham 則是因為他的做法特殊而聞名。在西班牙不單單豬種有很高級的 Ibérico，伊比利豬， 則是因為餵食方式等級不同，做出來的火腿也不同。
