Tiramisu exactly as it should be. Mascarpone, espresso-soaked savoiardi, a dusting of cocoa. The name means "pick me up," and after a long northern meal, that is exactly its job. Ours is soft, refreshingly chilled, and gone faster than we would like to admit.

Tiramisu 就應該係咁樣。Mascarpone 芝士、吸滿特濃咖啡嘅手指餅，再灑上一層可可粉。呢個名嘅意思係「令我打起精神」，喺食完一餐漫長嘅北部大餐之後，呢個正正就係佢嘅任務。我哋呢度整嘅口感軟滑、涼浸浸，仲要快到連我哋自己都唔想承認就已經食晒。
