Spices is popular for its diversified and authentic Asian cuisine, tasteful Eastern design and wonderful garden setting punctuated by spacious green lawns and tropical blooms. Inspired use of natural materials, such as bamboo, teak, rattan, stone and coconut, in contrast with bold, vibrant colours gives the restaurant a distinct Asian identity. The lively and inviting space, evocative of a bustlin

Several landscape enhancements have also been made to The Garden — an outdoor section of Spices celebrated for being the finest venue for alfresco wining and dining in Hong Kong.
