Something easy to make and looks good guys! It is a morning but I am already planning for dinner><
Three-color Steam Egg! You only need a bowl of steam rice to go with it.

材料
皮蛋 1 粒
咸蛋 2粒
鸡蛋 4粒

调味料
盐 1/8 茶匙
鸡粉 1/4 茶匙
麻油 几滴
胡椒粉 少许

做法:
1. 把咸蛋煮熟去壳, 切小丁。
2. 皮蛋去壳切丁
3. 把鸡蛋打散加调味料, 过筛。加入切丁后的咸蛋和皮蛋。
4. 蒸熟为止。蒸笼必须留小缝。
5. 鸡蛋冷却后才可以切块不让容易裂开。

你也可以用饭锅来蒸这道菜。

Ingredients
1 century egg
2 salted egg
4 egg

Seasoning
1/8tsp salt
1/4 tsp chicken powder
Few drop of sesame old
Dash of pepper

Method :
1. Cook the salted egg , peel and dice it.
2. Dice the century egg .
3. Beat the 4 eggs with seasoning and sieve it.
4. Once the steamer boiled, combined all egg together and steam it. Leave a small gap(the same method as normal steam egg).
4. Leave it to cool once is cooked. Cut it after it is completely room temperature.
