Pinot Duck first conceptualized in 2014 at Stanley with the ambition to redefine Peking Duck and bringing on Pinot wine as its perfect pair. Two years ago, moving onto the Wanchai domain has provided a much easier access for guests to enjoy our signature duck with delicious cocktails and wine, and many more sumptuous Chinese dishes, but we have to say goodbye now, and 12th May will be our last day.

The Pinot Duck team is hugely grateful for all the friends we have made along the way and sincerely appreciate your support and patronage for the past 6 years. Yet we will see you soon personally to express our gratitude, because we will turn this into another special place of brand new concept for you and friends. See you soon.
