Duobaoge of Emperor, our new afternoon tea set is now available at XIA!

Duobaoge is a decorative style commonly seen in palace interiors which is originating in the Qing Dynasty. It is fairly special array-type furniture to store precious artistic antiques. Delicate carved red lacquerware, intricately crafted cloisonné ornaments, auspicious patterned enamel bowls, and luxurious floral and bird-themed ceramic vessels are indispensable treasures within Duobaoge. When accompanied with exquisite Chinese Canapes and desserts, the tea set creates a visually apealling and gastronomic experience.

Trace the history in XIA's food. In the sixth year of Emperor Qianlong's reign, Empress Dowager Chongqing, his mother, celebrated her 50th birthday. This was the first time Emperor Qianlong arranged a grand celebration for his mother since he ascended the throne. This was of the snacks served during the festivities, filled with shredded meat and banboo shoots.

在下江南的食物中追溯每一道宮廷點心的來源。乾隆六年十一月二十五日，皇太后鈕鈷祿氏過五十歲生日，這是乾隆登基後第一次親自為母親安排大壽。蟠枝瑞實既是其中的一道點心。
