Thank you for the support you have given us over the past 6 six years. We have really appreciated the time spent here.
We are officially announcing the closing our Yuen Long restaurant due to the current economic environment not to our expectations after the opening up of Hong Kong's borders and removing travel restrictions.
We think now is the right time to say goodbye here and move on forward with the next stages of our lives in which we will look towards continued growth and development together.
It was a hard decision but we believe this is an important step to make for ourselves in which we can make for a greater future elsewhere where we can further balance our own work life with having much more family time involved, especially with another little one on the way. 😊
Thank you again for the support given over the years. We really appreciate it.

For Nasi Lemak's satisfying heat, getting cooled down by the creamy and fragrant coconut pearl rice. We serve it with our signature Crispy Chicken Thigh whilst still being juicy. One of our mainstays on our menu over the years!

🇬🇷希臘醬羊柳漢堡🍔 Lamb Patty, with Tzatziki sauce, sliced red onions on handmade bap. 我們儘可能把🥒多的水份去掉，這樣既能保持Tzatziki的原汁原味，又減少了羊肉的油膩口感，使它成爲一個吃起來非常爽口的羊肉漢堡！

We removed enough water as possible from the cucumbers in our tzatziki so we can maintain texture and flavour. It's balanced to cut through the fat and make it a refreshing lamb burger.

他說他用了12年的 iIIy咖啡。每一次當咖啡豆的香氣撲鼻而來的時候，他都在盡情享受。他追求高質量的咖啡、高質量的食物和高品質的生活。雖然Straits Kitchen不是一家專業的咖啡店，也不是一家家喻戶曉的餐廳，特別是他也不善於表達，但他一直堅持用對食材的高標準與大家溝通。

He said that he has been opening illy Coffee cans for twelve years. Each time thoroughly enjoying the moment when the aroma of the coffee beans hit his nose. He pursued high-quality coffee, high-quality food, and a high-quality life. Although Straits Kitchen is not a professional coffee shop, or a well known restaurant, he is not good at expressing himself, he has always insisted on communicating with everyone using his high standards for ingredients and ex*****on.

去開元朗諗食邊間晚餐？終於都係最想飲佢既粟米湯而揀咗去又新街SK，坐低點了認為係Signature 的「脆雞扒頭抽王珍珠飯」$109 （當然另加$20要粟米湯）「濃湯28天風乾熟成牛扒拉麵」$159 「法式芝士餅」$59 ！價錢比一般茶餐廳略高但質素和心機就俾返你，粟米湯依然是好飲，雞扒仍是外脆內軟，加埋蛋汁和頭抽撈飯仍是好味，拉麵第一次試，湯係有心機整亦好飲但整體只係合格！Cheese Cake就仍然夠水平，配合埋恰到好處的服務，SK不愧係我在元朗最喜歡的3間店之1!!
