Down the street is the Cathedral, next to the Café Troubadour, with live jazz in the evenings; across from it is the Rectors Palace museum, which is also used for concerts ect. Boats to the nearby island of Lokrum, run from May through October and taxi-boats all the year round. es. The green market is nearby selling produce picked the day before in our local valley, and fresh fish can be bought at the fish market in the harbour almost on the doorstep. Our theatre has performances all year round except in July through to early September when Dubrovnik hosts an international festival of concerts, dance and theatre. Many cafés are scattered around the town, as are a few discotheques and night clubs. Life is leisurely, there are good restaurants, many that we can recommend.
