Povijest bavljenja turizmom i ugostiteljstvom u obitelji Barbić seže u daleku 1972. godinu kada su naš dide i nona, Krišto i Vinka Barbić, ugostili svoje prve turiste. Nakon njih naši roditelji, Davor i Vilma Barbić, dugo su godina njegovali tradiciju bavljenja ovim poslom kao časni i pošteni ljudi. The history of tourism and hospitality in the Barbić family dates back to 1972 when our grandparents, Krišto and Vinka Barbić, welcomed their first tourists. After them, our parents Davor and Vilma Barbić cherished the tradition of this business for many years as honorable and honest people. Today, after more than 40 years, the two of us brothers, Krišto and Grgo Barbić, with the help of our parents and support of our families, strive to provide you with as better service as possible. Bradata vožnja extreme - projekt koji je dio aktivnosti Županijske lige protiv raka Split, ima za cilj podizanje
svijesti o muškom i mentalnom zdravlju te prikupljanje sredstava za kupnju uređaja za magnetsku rezonancu (MR) za Kliniku za onkologiju i radioterapiju, KBC-a Split.

Tijekom 365 dana i 120.000 kilometara, Željan Rakela će na BMW motociklu obići veliki dio Europe, noseći poruku o važnosti preventivnih pregleda, ranog otkrivanja bolesti, mentalnog zdravlja i sigurnosti u prometu.
Cilj ovog projekta je prikupiti 120.000 eura kroz vožnju, što predstavlja samo jedan dio veće humanitarne kampanje Bradate Aukcije, u okviru koje se planira prikupiti 1.000.000 eura za nabavu magnetske rezonance koja će služiti onkološkim pacijentima splitske bolnice.

“Bradata vožnja extreme” is a project run as part of the activities of the Split County League Against Cancer. Its mission is to raise awareness about men’s health, mental health, and to help raise funds for the purchase of an MRI scanner for the Oncology and Radiotherapy Clinic at Split University Hospital Centre.

Over the course of 365 days and 120,000 kilometres, Željan Rakela will travel across much of Europe on a BMW motorcycle, spreading awareness about the importance of preventive health check-ups, early disease detection, mental health, and road safety.

The goal of this journey is to raise €120,000 through the ride itself, representing one part of the larger Bearded Auctions charity campaign, which aims to raise a total of €1,000,000 to fund an MRI scanner that will serve oncology patients at Split Hospital.
