a modernim gastronomskim trendovima kreirajući kuhinju koja je prije svega zdrava, ukusna te vizualno atraktivna ali koja postavlja nove standarde u ponudi grada i otoka Korčule. Vinska karta oslikava prije svega regionalni prostor Korčule, Pelješca i Hvara uz naglasak na ponudu vina manjih proizvođača koja nisu dostupna širem tržištu te koja nastojimo promovirati tim putem.
