Our prosciutto and the famous Pag Island cheese are more than just an appetizer, they’re part of our family’s story.
The bay where we’re located earned the nickname “Schinkenbucht” back in the early 1950s, when our grandfather began serving and selling homemade ham and local Pag cheese to visitors arriving by boat. What started as a simple family tradition became part of the identity of this place.
More than 70 years later, we’re proud to keep that tradition alive. The same flavors, the same passion, and the same warm welcome, still on our menu today.
Come and experience a piece of our history, one bite at a time. ❤️
