Something great and a bit emotional happened today and it reminded us why we love what we do, which is not just being a coffee shop that serves people, but having the collective community mind. We received the message below from one of our customers and we wanted to share with you all because we think it is amazing to see that we often touch each others' souls without even recognise it. Having such encounters and seeing such simple moments actually become so valuable and create lasting memories in our lives. We believe it's important to remember that there are in fact such nice souls around even if we don't realise them all the time. Couldn't be happier and grateful! 🤍

Hello 🌱

We are so excited to share the details and available dates of the upcoming Pottery Workshops collaborated with Artegalata Studio in MAY.

May 12 (Sunday) - from 5pm to 8pm
May 19 (Sunday) - from 5pm to 8pm
May 26 (Sunday) - from 5pm to 8pm
Thu 30 (Thursday) - from 6pm to 9pm

If you're interested in making your own unique objects, choose one of the dates for the 1st session and join us for a cosy, wholesome evening of clay play where you can switch off and get creative hand-building your very own pieces!

The workshop includes two-part sessions: making clay and glazing.

In the 1st session, we'll play with stoneware clay to make the object/s of your desire. Based on the piece/s you want to create, we'll choose the best hand-building technique to use (pinch, slab or coiling).

In the 2nd session, you'll return to underglaze thr bisque fired pieces as you wish. It's all about colours and creativity, you'll paint or decorate your piece/s with the given a wide range of colours. Once your piece is ready, your lovely piece/s will be ready to pick up from us (1061 Király utca 34). All the pieces will be foodsafe and dishwasher safe once they're finished! 💫

And to make our time even more delightful, every participants gets a complimentary cup of filter coffee from Cracker Jack Coffee Roaster's specialty coffee beans selection.

OPEN POTTERY WORKSHOP

Tomorrow (Thursday) we'll have an open pottery workshop for those who are interested in making an object of their wish (it can be a mug, plate, small vase or small bowl etc). The workshop will start at 4pm, but the instructor will be there until 9pm, so pop-up in any time that would be convenient for you. But if you plan to make a detailed piece, better show up early, so that you'll have enough time to finish your piece. 💫

Every participant will also have a free cup of filter coffee, brewed from high quality specialty coffee beans with intense tasting notes from us ☕️

The workshop will be in our coffee shop, the address is: 1061 Király utca 34.
