Seperti semua perjumpaan selalu ada perpisahan.
Namun kami percaya, it’s always a see you later rather than a good bye. Sebuah insiden yang tidak kami duga telah terjadi dan telah mencederai lengan dari Mack yang telah menjadi center piece dan icon toko Mack’s Creamery Blok M.
Kejadiannya begitu cepat dan memberikan sedikit shock therapy terhadap kami. Sejujurnya kami terpaksa memposting berita ini dengan tujuan agar dapat menjadi pembelajaran baik bagi kami juga untuk para customer terkasih. Semoga kedepannya ini dapat menjadi pelajaran yang baik untuk kami agar lebih memperhatikan penempatan dan kekokohan dekorasi. Pun menjadi sebuah pembelajaran untuk customer agar dapat lebih memperhatikan tanda hati-hati dan menjaga perilaku di dalam toko kami.
Kami tahu bahwa terkadang sebuah insiden bisa terjadi meskipun kita sudah memberi perhatian penuh. Oleh karena itu kami pun mengikhlaskan kejadian ini dan mengambil tanggung jawab penuh terhadap perbaikan Mack.
Ps. Tidak ada korban jiwa dalam kejadian ini, Hanya sejumlah rupiah…💸

Like every encounter, there is always a farewell.
However, we believe it’s always a “see you later” rather than a goodbye. An unexpected incident has occurred and injured the arm of Mack, the centerpiece and icon of our Mack’s Creamery store at Blok M.
It happened so quickly and gave us a bit of a shock. Honestly, we feel compelled to post this news as a lesson, not only for us but also for our beloved customers. We hope this can serve as a valuable reminder for us to pay more attention to the placement and sturdiness of our decorations. And also a reminder for our customers to be more mindful of warning signs and to maintain considerate behavior while inside our store.
We understand that sometimes incidents can happen even when we’ve taken every precaution and full attention. Therefore, we accept what has happened and take full responsibility for repairing Mack.
Ps. No Human left harmed in this incident, just some amount of cash. 💸
