He first tasted Ramen 25 years ago, in Münich, Germany when he worked for a restaurant. When he worked there, he became great friends with a Japanese Chef, Mr. There was a time when Mr. Queen was off from work and Mr. Yamaha paid a visit to Mr. Queen’s apartment, Mr. Yamaha cooked Ramen for both of them. It was the first time for him to taste the Original Japanese Noodle. And he has become a Ramen
addict ever since. Ramen became popular in Bandung for the past few years. He tried to taste the “Indonesian Ramen” several times, at different Ramen Restaurants in Bandung, but he didn’t feel satisfied. He felt something is missing. Yamaha fell in love with Bandung, so whenever he had a vacation, he came to Bandung to meet Mr. Queen, an old friend of his. And each time Mr. Yamaha pays a visit, Mr. Queen sometimes asked him to cook his favorite Ramen. It was only two months ago that Mr. Queen had an idea to run a Japanese Noodle Restaurant. Yamaha to train some people to cook Ramen and teach them the recipe, the serving, etc. Now, Mr. Queen has a well-trained chef to run A Japanese Noodle Restaurant. We named it “Banzai Japanese Noodle Restaurant”. What does Banzai mean? Banzai is a Japanese word which is usually repeated three times to express enthusiasm, celebrate a victory, applause and favor on happy occasion while raising both arms. We named our restaurant “Banzai”, because we want to make our customer happy with our service. We have now got a three-storey building for the restaurant, which is located on Jalan Kerkoff No. … Cimahi Selatan … Banzai …!! Banzai …!!
