Thank you for all the love you gave us yesterday on our anniversary. 🙌🏼

It was a day filled with familiar faces, new ones and moments we didn’t expect to feel so full. We kept refilling, batch after batch and somehow it never felt tiring just warm, lively and really special.

Thank you for being part of it and for always being with us along the way.

There’s one drink that has quietly stayed close to us since the beginning, our Sea Salt Latte.

It’s the kind of drink people keep coming back for, something familiar that finds its way into your order again and again.

Maybe it’s the balance, maybe it’s the comfort or maybe it’s just become a small part of your routine at Nelu. ~

And because of that, we wanted to take it a little further. Starting from something most Nelu Bakes’s customer already love, we began exploring new ways to enjoy it which led us to our Sea Salt Series.

Now available in Black Sesame, Chocolate, Latte, and Matcha.

Twogether with Nelu Bakes 🙌🏻

Nelu comes from the word “ulen” a step in baking where everything begins. A process that reminds us that every effort will eventually become something, just like every kneaded dough becomes a pastry. 🥐

In our first year, we started with a small space, limited seating, and a simple menu. Slowly, we grew and in our second year, we’ve expanded into two floors, with more space to gather and more from our kitchen to share.

And these are the faces behind every ‘ulenan’ 😆
