Idul Adha is around and time for meat festivity with my new pressure cooker! This dish called "Semur Daging" or "Meat Cooked with Ketchup".

I followed the recipe that came with the pressure cooker with additional cooking time like 40 mins coz I wanted the meat to be tender. I thought it was too spicy and too tender but I found out it was just right after it cooled down.
