Started from our love of good taste and good companions we established the BAR/COFFEE in 2012 in order for us to share our passion of great tasting coffee, good atmosphere, and jazzy tunes. We choose the finest local coffee, and this is the reason behind it, once upon a time during the Dutch Colonial period, Java (an island in Indonesia) was once the biggest producer of coffee. The reputation of J

ava coffee was so prominent that until these days people still call a cup of coffee, as a cup of Java. Today, Indonesia is one of the third of the world’s largest coffee producer this is due to veriaties of proper altitude and region where the coffee was grown. Different regions impart different flavor characteristics and variety of depth, due to factors as diverse as rainfall, climate, and type of soil. Indonesia is blessed with so many microclimates that it has many recognized flavor region with different complexity and its own uniqueness. In order for us to showcase the variety of flavours of beans all through indonesia, B/C also serve single origin manual brew, starting with the citrusy bali beans, earthy sumatra beans or our personal house blend, the “amagodulce”. “amagodulce” is a melting pot of Indonesian coffee from toraja, bali and papua, allowing us to create dense and roasty flavor with a hint of chocolate and caramel flavor. We will provide your tounge with the ultimate experience specially design to bring the flavors in deeper, revealing all that might be there. And for those who are looking for something different, we also have selection of non-coffee drinks, starting from the party in your mouth the creamy yogurt smoothies to ranges of refreshing fruity mocktails. For foodies there is also selection of our personal favourite homemade: cakes, scrumptious sandwiches and assorted finger foods to accompany your coffee of choice and it is our pride to introduce it to you the goodness of a gourmet coffee you are about to drink. where to visit us:
