After 15 years of history in Labuan Bajo, we have decided to push the concept of authenticity beyond all boundaries. Our creativity is evolving: you will no longer find it in the manipulation of the recipes, but in the rigor and depth of the experience we have built for you.
What does MadeInItaly 2.0 mean in practice?
📍 The Embassy of the 20 Regions: We have mapped the entire Italian peninsula. Every dish on our menu is an official "ambassador" of a specific territory. We don’t serve "generic Italian food"; we serve the specific heritage of each region, strictly respecting the original traditional methods.
🌾 The Purity of Ingredients: To make this journey possible, we have revolutionized our sourcing. We use exclusively premium raw materials selected at the source: Grey Mullet Bottarga from Sardinia, Montasio DOP from Friuli Venezia Giulia, Cicerchie from Basilicata are just some of the examples coming directly from small, elite producers across Italy.
