Let's say something about Mr Pain au chocolat, Mr Baguette and Mr Cookie.
They really start from scratch? If we look back, they didn't even know the difference between croissant and baguette !
Now they are definitely involve in that bakery and pastry trend, found of layers and buttery scenes !

They are incredible, we would like to say a huge merci for our beloved bakers. They are very strong and resilient.
