Our Beef Kamameshi is paired with Mansur heritage rice, an indigenous Balinese variety, organically grown at Begawan Biji Farm just minutes from Api Jiwa. Often described as a cross between red rice and barley, its gently chewy texture, naturally low sugar content, and richness in fibre bring a wholesome depth to the dish.
