Mueller and O’Connell Bakery was set up to bring artisan bread and baked goods to the local market. All of our breads are baked fresh on day of sale using only natural ingredients and without any artificial additives. Our selection includes a variety of sourdough breads, long fermented yeast breads and other baked goodies. Available at;
• Abbeyleix Bakery: Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 4pm.
• Brown

s Fruit and Veg, Portlaoise: Friday from 10am. Tullamore Food Fayre, Kilcrutten Business Park: Saturday from 10am.

Saturday morning, 7:59am: plenty of seats, pastry display beautiful set, the aroma of coffee and fresh baked bread in the air.

8:01am: controlled chaos and we wouldn’t have it any other way. ☕🥖👨🏻‍🍳🥐😄

We love serving all our customers, locals and the ones who travel from all parts of the country to have a experience doesn’t matter the weather or how long is the queue outside. Thank you for visiting us.
