The Good Room opened in Adare in 2008 and is located opposite across from the famous Dunraven Arms Hotel. The Good Room formerly a derelict building has a light and airy feel to it with a really relaxing atmosphere. Its a key meeting place for many locals serving only homemade products. The sociable staff have waited on some well known celebrities such as Mary McAleese, Rory McLlroy and Keith Duff
y but at the Good Room everyone gets the star treatment. We serve breakfasts with a lighter options such as Porridge / Crunchy Granola with yogurt and fruit or the traditional full Irish with eggs of your choice / avocado with smoked salmon and cream cheese on sourdough! Lunch includes homemade soups,various salads and bruschettas but if your looking for something more filling options include killer gourmet hot sambos, homemade quiche or fishcakes, lasagna and lots more. In the evenings we have our 'Snack eat sip' menu available from 5pm where the focus is on relaxing with great music with a glass of wine with your meal. Options such as pastas, risottos, cheese and charcuterie boards (for one or to share). We have nibbles for the not so hungry like crostinis or hummus and tortillas. Its a real treat and yet nice and casual.. We are also widely known for our attention to dietary requirements supplying a wide range of gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free options. In all this is a family friendly cafe with something for everyone including free WiFi, a large outdoor seating area and a phone in Takeaway service if your on the run.
