Looking forward to welcoming back our hotel residents TODAY! 🛌🛀🍽🍻🍷.
We've been working hard to make sure everything is ready and safe for customers 👌
From Bank Holiday Monday 7th June we can welcome back all non resident customers for drinks, food or both! Note, until Monday 5th July our drinks & bar service will be OUTDOORS either in our garden or Outback Area so fingers crossed for a bit of decent weather 🌞.
We would like to extend a warm welcome to all our 25 staff for Season 2021 who are busy getting everything prepped. Well Good evening Ardmore, Tramore and Co. Waterford.
We are nearly there for our reopenig tomorrow. An other lovely sunny day today and hopefully many more to come.
Yes I am busy very very busy and so are Aidan And Patricia.
The round Tower Hotel is taking shape very quickly.
I have settled in very good and I am enjoyinh it.
Some of the Old things will be back on the menu Like " STEAK SHAKE" and "BALI SPICE" some new stuff off course ........ using lots of local produce and because we are just around the corner from Co. Cork I use soem of theirs aswell. "Knockanore cheese" and the vintage cheddar from "The Little Milk Co". to name some of them ( those are really DEVINE) " Metalman" has a niece new berry porter, " Blackwater Gin Barry"s Tea Gin", "Maccroom" Mozzarella. These are just a few ingredients you will see on the menu. Towards the end of the week and just before we csn reopen to the grand public I will give you a sneak preview of the menu. It's going to be good ..... Nice and we are going to have fun.
For now enjoy your evening and hopefully we'll meet again very very soon......................... I missed this part of the country

Well good evening everybody, It has been a long long time since I wrote on my page, But ....... NOT .... to worry I am BACK bigger and better than ever before ( no this is not from a movie or so). The Round Tower Hotel in Ardmore here in Waterford County is where I will be spending some time during the summer. Aidan and Patricia Quirke the owners of this lovely hotel are passionate like myself about food and service. And ..... maybe their name doesn't sound like it but they are not QUIRKY at ALL. one of the best welcome's I have experienced in IRELAND !!!! very very warm they are maybe even more excited than I am to be back. only a few weeks to go and who knows what will be back on the menu or what will be new ...... steak shake ?? beef rub ??? bali spice ?? who knows !! exciting it will be tasty for sure ... with the support I got so far from Aidan and Patricia .............. the Irish can only be proud to have people like this and I am going to do everything I can to support them to have a succesfull summer once again
