Mayo, in 2010, By 2012 she moved her operation to the existing premises on Church lane ,Ballinrobe, Co. Devour Bakery offers Freshly Baked Spelt Breads, Brown Sodas and Health Loafs everyday. We also bake a range of Scones and Muffins and a wide range of Baked Goods. Our Patisserie Cream Counter is stocked fresh daily with a selection of pastries to meet everyone's taste. We also offer occasion c

akes for all occasions. There is no limit to what we can put onto a cake. Deli: We stock our Deli, Grab and Go Fridge daily with Homemade In Store, Quiches, Salads, Desserts, Pancakes and more. We are a stockist of Sheridans Cheeses, Cor Na Mona Smoked Salmon and a Great selection of Charcuterie, We are continuously expanding our wide range of Irish Artisan Food range. Wine: Devour offers a nice selection of Wines that appeal to everyone, the range expands weekly and we are always seeking out new suppliers. Devour Wedding Cakes: Yvonne is one of the Wests leading wedding cakes designers and offers bespoke cakes unique to your wedding theme. We will work with you to create the ‘WOW’ factor to your exceptionally special day. About Yvonne: Yvonne trained as a Professional Chef in killybegs Catering College, Co. Donegal, Whilst there she was awarded 4 gold medals, a silver and a bronze in National Competitions in the decorated gateaux , Plated Dessert's and Cold Souffle categories, Yvonne was awarded a scholarship to Johnson and Wales university , Providence, Rhode Island, USA in 1997, here she gained extensive experience in her field. She completed her Culinary Arts Degree in Galway Mayo Institute of Technology and specialised in Pastry. We’re hiring!
We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and friendly Café Supervisor to join our team full-time starting September. We operate a busy, fast-paced café with a bakery and patisserie counter, and we're looking for someone who can bring strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a positive energy to our daily operations.

About the Role:

Overseeing daily front-of-house operations

Leading and supporting a team of staff during busy shifts

Ensuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food presentation

Assisting with stock management, ordering, and rota planning

Liaising with the kitchen and bakery team to ensure smooth service

Handling customer queries and feedback professionally

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role in hospitality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

A genuine passion for food, coffee, and customer service

Barista experience is a plus
