A closer look at our recent Cloud Kitchen menu - our Mediterranean Summer Boards brought a little taste of the Greek Islands to Wildwood.
Guests chose between fire-roasted lemon and oregano chicken or a crisp spinach and feta filo parcel, served alongside lemon oregano potatoes, gigantes plaki, horiatiki salad, tzatziki, warm pitta and our own fresh Greek herb oil.
It was another evening built around seasonal ingredients, generous sharing and food made to be enjoyed together.
