Saying goodbye to Iryna today (this photo took many attempts as it had to be absolutely perfect)

Iryna is off to her big girl job in banking and will be missed around Lennons.
Her excellent sense of humour & witt made working with her a pleasure.

Heading back to Ukraine to see her family for some well deserved R&R.

Gary – Very rarely without that smile (apart from when Arsenal lost last week!)

He’s a right character and an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to food.

Gary is the ultimate jack of all trades, having spent many years working as a plasterer. A few years ago, he turned his hand to the culinary arts and has become a fantastic chef.

If you’ve tried our delicious tempura haddock, focaccia bread, sorbets, or even our ice cream, you’ve tasted some of his finest work. He’s always creating and concocting something in the kitchen, and we’re incredibly grateful to have him on the team.

Anete has been an employee here for the last few years & has also been part of the fabric of Lennons for many years more.
From coming into do her homework and wait for her mam to finish work, to making excellent coffee and giving wonderful service.

She’s off to follow a career in childcare & no doubt will do a fantastic job.
