With decades of experience as a chef and restaurateur, Eugene launched Bon Appétit Meals in 2021 with a simple goal: to create delicious, high-quality meals that make life easier for busy people. What started as an idea in Donegal has grown into one of the North West’s leading ready meal brands.

Today, Bon Appétit Meals are proudly prepared in Letterkenny and stocked in retailers across Donegal and beyond, helping people enjoy healthy, convenient meals without compromising on taste.

From developing new recipes to overseeing production, Eugene is still hands-on every day, making sure every meal meets the high standards the Bon Appétit name is known for.
