Introducing our Raspberry Martini!!! This fruity twist on our beloved Pornstar Martini packs all the elegance (and punch) of the original while introducing a new seasonal berry flavour. It's the perfect drink to sip in the sun or start a night in style 🥂

This weeks cocktail is a favourite of our staff, our Amaretto Sour. This smooth cocktail which perfectly balances sweet and sour is a welcome treat at the end of a night!! We also offer a nut free version for anyone with allergies.

We are also introducing a Wine of the Week, this week we are offering a Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon, both from France. These incredible wines are sure to elevate your dining experience!!

This week we invite you to try our cosmopolitan, the crisp citrus flavours of this cocktail truly feel like summer, let's just hope the weather feels like it too!!!

All of us here at The Thatch want to wish Declan, Michelle and all the staff all the best with their new venture in Ardara!
Its wonderful to see the nesbitt arms opening again with a new lease of life. This will no doubt bring a breath of fresh air to Ardara and all surrounding areas!
