Our Story
After many years of talking and eating pizzas, we finally decided to chase the dream! The past year has been an epic journey….which started with our oven “Big Red”. Once we laid eyes on “Big Red” we knew that we had to go for it. So we secured the infamous vegetable shop “Nicky’s” in Kilcoole, Co.Wicklow. Our pizza dough is prepared daily by hand and matures for a minimum of 48 hours. It’s never rushed. This follows the guidelines of Pizza Napoletana.
