400g Rummo rigatoni pastaā£
60ml SuperValu olive oilā£
1 clove garlicā£
2 salted anchoviesā£
2 pinches chilli flakesā£
1 tbsp capersā£
12 black olives, pitted and choppedā£
1 tin chopped SuperValu tomatoesā£
50g grated parmesanā£
ā£
Methodā£
Cook pasta al dente.ā£
SautĆ© the garlic in olive oil. Add the chilli and anchovies.ā£
Add tomatoes, and cook for 7-8 minutes.ā£
Add olives, then toss pasta with sauce and serve with parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.ā£

10 Raspberriesā£
50ml Ginā£
25ml Sugar Syrupā£
100ml Apple Juiceā£
20ml Lemon Juiceā£
1 Egg Whiteā£
5 Raspberries on a Skewer, to Garnishā£

Methodā£
Pre-chill the glass by placing it in the freezer.ā£
Muddle the fresh raspberries in the bottom of a shaker.ā£
Add the gin, apple juice, lemon juice, and sugar syrup to the shaker and dry shake (no ice).ā£
Add lots of ice to the shaker and shake again.ā£
Strain into the pre-chilled glass.ā£
Garnish with the raspberry skewers.ā£
