What does sustainable growth look like in one of the world’s fastest moving industries?
Most startups are focused on scaling as quickly as possible. Ctrl Alt has taken a different approach, building a business designed to last by putting trust, regulation and culture at the centre of its growth from day one.
Founded in 2022, Ctrl Alt is helping transform financial markets through tokenisation, making traditionally inaccessible assets more accessible while working hand in hand with regulators, not against them. Operating within the Bank of England and FCA’s Digital Securities Sandbox, the company is proving that innovation and regulation can go together.
Their growth has been remarkable.
From a six person office to a team of almost 50 in Belfast, they’ve moved offices five times with Glandore in just 18 months, all while staying focused on what matters most: building their product, serving clients, and attracting exceptional talent.
One story that stood out? Their request for an entire wall to be transformed into a 15 metre whiteboard, creating a space where ideas, solutions and the future of finance are mapped out every day.
It’s a reminder that sustainable growth isn’t just about scaling quickly. It’s about creating the right environment, building the right culture, and having the flexibility to adapt as your business evolves.
With ambitions to reach 100 people by 2027, Ctrl Alt is showing what enduring growth really looks like.
