What does sustainable growth look like in one of the world’s fastest moving industries?

Most startups are focused on scaling as quickly as possible. Ctrl Alt has taken a different approach, building a business designed to last by putting trust, regulation and culture at the centre of its growth from day one.

Founded in 2022, Ctrl Alt is helping transform financial markets through tokenisation, making traditionally inaccessible assets more accessible while working hand in hand with regulators, not against them. Operating within the Bank of England and FCA’s Digital Securities Sandbox, the company is proving that innovation and regulation can go together.

Their growth has been remarkable.

From a six person office to a team of almost 50 in Belfast, they’ve moved offices five times with Glandore in just 18 months, all while staying focused on what matters most: building their product, serving clients, and attracting exceptional talent.

One story that stood out? Their request for an entire wall to be transformed into a 15 metre whiteboard, creating a space where ideas, solutions and the future of finance are mapped out every day.

It’s a reminder that sustainable growth isn’t just about scaling quickly. It’s about creating the right environment, building the right culture, and having the flexibility to adapt as your business evolves.

With ambitions to reach 100 people by 2027, Ctrl Alt is showing what enduring growth really looks like.

Since opening our City Quarter workspace on Lapp’s Quay in 2018, we’ve had a front-row seat to Cork’s growth as a leading business hub.

With a talented workforce, strong business ecosystem and exceptional quality of life, it’s no surprise that Cork has become a destination of choice for both Irish and international companies looking to grow and scale.

Our latest blog explores what’s driving that momentum and why businesses continue to choose Cork. Read the blog at the link in our bio

AI continues to dominate conversations about the future of work, but our latest findings suggest there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Out of the 200 member organisations we surveyed in our 2026 Glandore Pulse Survey, over half of respondents believe AI will have no impact on their headcount, while 13% expect AI to lead to lower staff numbers. Interestingly, 7% expect AI to increase headcount. Over a quarter of respondents say it is too early to tell.

At Glandore, we support a diverse network of businesses across industries and stages of growth. Our flexible workspace solutions are designed to help organisations adapt to change, whether they are scaling their teams, embracing new technologies, or rethinking how and where work happens.

What are your thoughts on AI’s impact on the workplace?

Out of the 200 member organisations we surveyed in our 2026 Glandore Pulse Survey, 74% operate a hybrid working model. Our research shows that over the last few years, the office has become a space for connection, collaboration and culture - not just somewhere employees go out of routine.

42% of our members say their teams spend just 1-2 days per week in the office, 31% say their teams spend 3-4 days in the office, almost 9% work fully remotely and interestingly, 9% have no formal policy.

At Glandore, we take pride in supporting a wide range of working models tailored to the unique needs of each business. From hybrid working arrangements to fully office based teams, we understand that every company operates differently, and we provide the flexibility to support that.

Does your role allow you to work from home? We’d love to hear your thoughts on the hybrid working model.
