3fe Coffee Roasters | Baristas | Wholesale | Espresso Machines | Webshop We have recently buddied up with such fine establishments as Fallon & Byrne, Hollands of Bray, L.

What started life as as training room in a Third Floor apartment has become a Dublin City hub for passionate baristas to showcase the coffees that inspire them most. In December 2009, 3FE opened its doors in the tiny lobby of the Twisted Pepper and (as of August 2011) a shiny, new stand-alone cafe and training centre on Lower Grand Canal Street.

3FE now roasts our very own coffees here in Dublin

! Mulliagan Grocer, Slice of Cake cafe, Staple Foods, Schon Coffee in Kilkenny, and Suas Coffee in Ennis. Additionally, the staff at 3FE work closely with Nuova Simonelli, Eureka, Marco, and Dairyland (their Inishowen cows are responsible for the lovely organic milk) to ensure there's always something new to learn.

3FE strives to continue to uphold the simplicity, quality, and service upon which the original, tiny lobby shop was founded. It's a little bit ridiculous how seriously we take your coffee but we promise it's lots of fun, too!

Sussex terrace, I love the freedom, creativity and community that come from those days

Costa Rica Black Cherry Natural from Sumava De Lourdes - love what those guys are doing with fermentation methods

Fav dish?
3fe Sandwiches - I mostly just live off spare single espressos but those new sandwiches have been keeping me alive recently!

Last long you listened to?
I always have Magma by King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard on. It’s been my most listened to song since I started at 3fe by a country mile
