MEET SARAH!

Our QA Manager (the reason your coffee is always spot on )

From bean to bag, Sarah is the one making sure every pack meets our quality standards. She carries out regular checks throughout production which includes water bath tests and oxygen level monitoring to make sure everything is sealed, fresh and exactly as it should be.

Each pack is flushed with nitrogen to lock in freshness for longer (science, but make it coffee), and any leaks are quickly spotted during testing to keep quality consistent.

Basically, if it’s not perfect, it doesn’t pass Sarah ✔️
