For any one who likes a healthy option brekkie we now have one available daily.
Scrambled egg with low fat milk, grilled back bacon, beans and wholemeal be good bread. It's healthy and a great start to any day. We also have fresh fruit salad, with or without fromage frais, or fat free natural yogurt. We now have a hot special on our lunch menu. We have had real like you would make yourself homemade chicken and veg stew, beef stew loaded with potato, sweet potato, carrot, onion, celery, nothing added
Only it's own flavour. We want to vary it also so bear with us. Perfect if you want something to warm your heart on a cold day. Tomorrow we have chicken and bacon pasta, and it's slimming world friendly, no fat, oil or anything added. Today we were asked for 2 slimming world sandwiches and it made us smile to think we have come so far. Our 'Slimming world' sandwiches are available daily and are wholemeal be good bread, lighter than light mayo, rocket lettuce, Diced onion, sliced tomato, light grated cheese optional and a choice of baked ham or chicken fillet. Why not add our healthy soup option and you will be filled up full of good food without the guilt of not knowing what's in it. And then you can have a little treat cause you know you have been good. Come on in and let us help you a warm welcome awaits.

Two very special cakes we had great pleasure in making last Saturday for 2 special little boys. Kyle loved his fresh cream and fruit cake we've been told it's was demolished. Daniel almost cried when he saw his cake very specific batman Lego. His family loved it. We were thrilled with it also. Thanks for asking us to make them. We love making cakes that we know you will love.

And just in case you think all we do is cakes, we do healthy option sambos and soup, no fat, no oil, nothing hidden. Sambo options include Befree wraps, homemade brown soda open sandwiches and Brennan's Be Good bread, Carrolls proper home cooked ham, real chicken fillets, rocket lettuce, lighter than light coleslaw made with lighter than light mayo and fat free fromage frais, this is also available to take away, our stuffing is home made from Brennan's be good bread, low in calories high in fibre, again no fat or oil and the flavour is delicious, we always have fat free fromage frais, and fresh fruit here so if that's what you want please ask. And we do a mean scrambled egg creamy with no cream, bacon and Brennan's be good bread. Perfect healthy start to your day. Des and I have both done slimming world and know the plan so we can help you plan your day.

We had great pleasure in making these today for 2 special people. We know they taste yum so we hope they enjoyed them. Remember if you want a fresh cream cake for any occasion or a buttercream cake we will sort it out for you. We are very particular about our cakes and work very hard to make them perfect so we know you will enjoy them. The first was a last minute one done in 15 mins and the second for a very special little lady a big 2 today.

Happy new year to our many customers and friends. We hope your new year celebrations were a wonderful happy time with your friends and family. Tomorrow is January 2nd and we are back in the bakery. Come in and enjoy a scone or some freshly baked brown bread or the usual chocolate biscuit cake, rocky road, flavoured cupcakes or coffee slices to name some. Or why not have one of our cappuccino's or latte, so deliciously creamy. Sandwiches, wraps, paninis made to order as usual, along with our healthy fat free soup. We hope to see you all soon and again have a very happy and healthy 2015 to one and all.

Christmas Morning it's here at last, the smell of the turkey in the oven, bliss, ham is cooking, kids are playing with santas presents in the hall, this is what it's all about. We hope everyone's morning is going well and there are smiling faces everywhere. We would like to wish all our customers and friends who have been so kind and supportive to us over the past couple of months a very Happy Christmas, a safe holiday season and our very best wishes for you and yours in 2015.

Busy bees here in the Bakery kitchen for Christmas Why not order your Christmas Pudding, we were told today it's Georgous coming from someone who doesn't eat pudding. Or why not order a pudding made in the shape of a pudding but made from our infamous chocolate Biscuit cake. It's to die for or why not try our Christmas cake made of chocolate biscuit cake you will love it. Call in and have a chat with us and we will have your Christmas sorted For you in no time
