come to come along and listen or play (if you can) and there's no cover charge. Sharon Shannon and Sean Keane have performed here, as well as a number of wandering minstrels and local musicians. Famous for being a GAA pub, Taaffes also sells the best pint of Guinness in the city, and it won’t disappoint. Good quality bar food is served all day with generous keenly-priced portions.

We’re proudly flying the colours here in Taaffes Bar ahead of this Sunday’s All-Ireland Hurling Final and we hope all of our customers enjoy the display as we get behind the Galway hurlers for what promises to be a huge day for the County.
