It is with a great sense of pride to have been associated with the Portroe Over 60’s Gala Fundraiser which was held in Ciss Ryans last night. A pleasure to have engaged in recent weeks with Margaret, Eileen and Anne in organising the event.
Once again, our great Community here in Portroe do as they always do and donated generously in raising funds for a cherished grouping in our Parish.
We thank everyone who helped raise a whopping 2,788 euros in fundraising(up 1,700 on last year’s event), the ladies who helped prepare a lovely buffet and of course Marie and Collie for the outstanding music.
We go again in May 2027 Please God.
