On this day 10 years ago the lads were out looking for a horse box to convert into a food truck… little did they know the first one they would find was hiding in a house in greystones and had a surprise inside. So on one fine sunny May day in 2016 the lads ventured up to the house, where it was being kept, the story goes: they could have the box for a good price but they would have to take what was inside, and that surprise inside was a 900kg mechanical bull 😀

Hands were shaked and the boys begun the burrito box journey.
