Our chicken is coated in a batter we make completely in-house using a blend of different flours and roughly 14 ingredients to create that deep, dark crust we’re known for. Crisp, rich and full of flavour.

Our brine, well that's a whole other story!

Finished in our own Nashville hot oil blend with house-made pickles and our Louisiana remoulade
