This dish never leaves the menu 🇮🇹

It’s an old recipe I got from an Italian family I worked with, and every time I try take it off, customers ask for it back. So it always returns.

Fresh pasta sheets, slow cooked mince, rolled cannelloni, topped with rich tomato sauce, melted cheese, buffalo mozzarella and finished with fresh Parmesan.

Simple, traditional, and one of the most loved dishes at Vocella’s Longford.
