✨ Meet the Team Monday ✨

✨Sam✨

If you’ve been into our Midleton café, you’ve almost certainly been greeted by Sam’s big smile! 😊 Known for being one of the politest members of the team, Sam is always welcoming customers with great manners and an even bigger smile.

Multi-lingual and full of talent, you’ll often hear her chatting away in Spanish or cúpla focal (and making it look effortless!). She’s also her own toughest critic when it comes to latte art, always striving to make every coffee even better than the last.

Outside of coffee, Sam is a keen dancer and is the creative eye behind many of our Instagram reels, helping bring plenty of laughs and behind-the-scenes moments to our page. 🎥💃

And to top it all off, Sam recently passed her driving test first time! 🚗👏 We’re all so proud of her and couldn’t be happier for her.

Thanks for everything you do, Sam, we’re lucky to have you as part of the BiteSize family! 💙

It’s that time again… another member of the BiteSize crew has officially had the caricature treatment! 😄

This week it’s…

✨ Edith ✨

If there’s one person who keeps us all on our toes, it’s Edith! Our resident clean freak, she’s always making sure the café is spotless and everything is exactly where it should be. Thanks to Edith, the weekends run like clockwork (well… most of the time! 😉).

She’s also, without a doubt, the easiest person in the building to wind up. She falls for just about every joke going, and once she gets the giggles, there’s no stopping her! 😂

When she’s not keeping us organised, you’ll probably find her smashing a Hyrox session or relaxing in the sauna!

She’s also incredibly talented behind the coffee machine, creating beautiful latte art with every cup. And if she accidentally calls you “bruh” while serving your coffee… don’t take it personally! 😅

Hardworking, organised, full of laughs, and a brilliant member of the BiteSize family, we’re lucky to have Edith on the team. 💙
