Its a great burger only let down by the sub standard ingredients.

The solution - Kept it as is but let it shine with proper ingredients, local beef freshly minced and cooked to order, buns from and a banging homemade Big Mac Sauce

After a week of tweaks and litres of Turkey Gravy consumed we have perfected this year's Xmas Burger!!! Has all the usual suspects. But after a hugely successful special with the Steakhouse which was also served face down in sauce, we had to bring the style back. Thick turkey miso gravy is what makes this special. Most left over xmas sandwiches suffer from being dry (except ross' moist maker) this doesnt have that problem. Limited availability this week and on full time from next Wednesday!!!
