Café Fia Café Fia, Coolaney's Community Cafe, ran & staffed by Volunteers from the community for the community Please get in touch if you'd like to help in any way.

The pop-up community cafe was set up and run by volunteers from the village. We knew there was a need for a cafe and it was a trial run to see if it would be successful. Every weekend it made a profit and we are now fundraising to raise enough money for a permanent cafe in the village.

Thank you to everyone who supported our Alzheimer's Tea Day on Sunday 10th May. You helped raise much needed funds to continue to support people and families with dementia. The fantastic sum of 525 Euro plus many more donations using the QR code was raised. Thanks again for supporting the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.

A reminder that the Alzheimers Tea Day, to raise funds for those affected by dementia, is taking place in Cafe Fia this Sunday 10th May. There will be Scones, Cakes, Brownies & Apple Pie along with tea, coffee and juice so come along. We look forward to seeing you.

An Alzheimers Tea Day fundraiser will be held in Cafe Fia on Sunday 10th May, 10:30 to 3:00. Come and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with cake and support the Alzheimers Society to help those in our community living with dementia.
