✨The Next Chapter✨

As a few of ye may have noticed the sign changes, we have officially rebranded to Locally Ground!

Bakes by Niamh will always have a special place in my heart but with my maternity leave starting in 2 weeks, it was time for a change and a fresh start, as I say Niamh isn’t doing the baking anymore so we need a new name. Bakes by Niamh was started during covid and I never expected it to become what it has become and I am forever grateful for the community around me!

We’ll still be serving up our Badger & Dodo Coffee Roasters coffee made with Glenview Farm Milk, our moberryacai acai bowls, Bronte Bakes treats and some bakes by Niamh’s favourites.

Here’s to many more years of coffees, treats and laughs❤️🥰☕️

Delighted to announce we are now stocking Bronte Bakes !

As most of ye know I will be going on maternity leave in July so I have taken a step back from custom orders and am now starting to take a step back from the baking side of the shop. I will still be doing bits and pieces like our rocky road and banana bread until I finish up in July but Vivienne will be doing the majority including cinnamon rolls on a Saturday morning! 🍩

There are a lot of changes to come before I finish up, including a total rebrand of the business with a new name and look, so keep an eye out for that! 👀
But don’t worry we’ll still be serving up Badger&Dodo coffee and our acai bowls and hopefully some new bits too.
