Our most popular workshop is back for the

Join Nicola & Dvir for a hands-on evening of fire cooking, flavour, and great company. Build the fire, cook alongside us, learn the techniques, and then sit down together to enjoy the feast you’ve created.

Having spent years cooking over fire, they bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and a deep love for cooking with flame – not just for meat, but for vegetables too.

✨ On the night you’ll prepare:
• Mashweya (barbecued salad)
• Fresh flatbreads
• Lamb kebabs
• Chicken shishlik
• Charred cabbage with harissa & date dressing
• Middle Eastern-style summer pudding

All served with vibrant salads, sauces, and sides.
