A long-awaited update. 🔑

After months of waiting, we've finally taken possession of our new kitchen. Yes — it arrived about a month later than expected. But today, we're holding the keys.

Now the real work begins. Renovation starts this week. We're aiming to be back in production by the end of June, and I'll keep you posted at every step along the way.

Thank you for your patience and for the kind messages we've received over the past weeks. The Denny's family is the reason we do this.

*DENNY’S UPDATE*

I wanted to update you that due to unexpected delays, we will only be taking possession of our new kitchen on May 17th.

Renovations will begin immediately and are expected to take approximately 2–3 weeks, with operations likely resuming around mid-June.

We’ll be back with the same quality and service you know and love — along with some exciting new additions to the menu.

This Pesach, something truly special happened.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, 155 meals were distributed to Holocaust survivors, the elderly, the sick, disabled individuals, and even displaced families — ensuring they could celebrate the Chag with dignity, warmth, and a proper Seder meal.

To every single person who opened their heart and donated — thank you. Your kindness made a real difference.

A very special thank you to Denis Phillips from Denny’s Foods, whose dedication ensured that each meal was not only nourishing but beautifully prepared and worthy of the occasion.

And to Ilana Bank from A Spoonful of Hope and Beryl Schmidt — your compassion, care, and tireless effort made this all possible. You truly have hearts of gold.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, there have been ongoing issues on the moshav.
As a result, I am forced to close my kitchen at the end of April 1 st.
I will be taking possession of my new kitchen at the end of April, in the industrial area of Poleg in Netanya.
I will need some small renovations, but I hope to be back by the middle of May. Apologies for any inconvenience, and I thank everybody for their continued support.
I’m looking forward to being back stronger and more efficient than ever.
